The Male Gaze

'The Male Gaze' is a Laura Mulvey's theory that audiences view characters from a heterosexual male perspective. 

In our questionnaire the participants revealed that they would most like the protagonist to be male despite most of them being female.   

We shall apply this in our trailer by having;

• A male protagonist
• The majority of the zombies who are chasing our female characters would be male
• The female characters would be dressed in 'sexier' clothing 
• The character who we follow from being bitten to becoming a zombie is female
• The character who is searching for food supplies in a kitchen is a female
