FIRST CUT

We handed in the first cut of our trailer and are waiting for feedback on what to improve.

This is it...

While we are waiting for the feedback, we have compiled a list of things we wish to change ourselves.

• The transition between the full and empty classroom should be slower
• The title at the end will appear in a different format to create more tension
• We should include more shots of the main characters (during the apocalypse) for a clear representation of both the characters and the plot
• At the end we want to add an ending shock value scene

We also thought about what we particularly like in our first cut.

• We have followed many of the conventions well
• With a low budget we have achieved creating partially believable zombies  
• We feel we have captured the eerie and menacing tone we intended
• We feel we were successful in manipulating the clips through both the colour palette and speed 
• We found appropriate royalty free music and edited our clips to fit to it well
